EPO is extracted from the seeds of the evening primrose plant. EPO is a rich source of GLA which is omega-6 essential fatty acid required by the body to help growth and development.

Lack of essential fats causes hormonal fluctuations that lead to cyst & acne. As an essential fat EPO provides hormonal balance.

GLA is essential for prostaglandins synthesis. EPO may be of some benefits to people with Rheumatoid arthritis, Eczema, Breast pain, PMS, Diabetes, Heart problems etc.
